Sprinkler System Extinguished Senior Center Fire (Spokane, Wash.)

Fire crews say materials were placed on a stove in one of the unit and caught fire. That fire spread to the kitchen in the unit. The resident was able to get out safely, and the sprinkler system was able to extinguish the flames.
