Fire sprinklers prove worth in apartment kitchen fire (Petaluma, CA)

Fire sprinklers quickly extinguished the evening fire that occurred on the top floor of an apartment building. Investigators reported that a youth was attempting to cook up illegal narcotics when some of the ingredients caught fire. The young man suffered some minor burns, and no one else was injured.
