Apartment fire contained by the quick action of sprinklers (Danville, VA)

Shortly before 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, fire sprinklers activated and controlled a fire in a third floor unit of an apartment building. The cause of the fire is improperly disposed smoking materials; no injuries were reported.
