Sprinklers keep fire from spreading at assisted living facility (Cape Girardeau, MO)

An assisted living facility fire that began on Tuesday afternoon is being pegged as arson by one of its residents. The residence was equipped with fire sprinklers, which contained the fire to the room of origin and allowed all of the residents to evacuate the premises safely.
